How long does it take to get the claims billed out after we receive them?
Your claims are billed out within 24 hours after they are received. Our quick processing time gets your claims paid faster.

What is the procedure for following up on unpaid claims?
We specialize in delinquent claim follow up. We base our claim follow up on the filing deadlines of the individual insurance carriers - not just on the age of the claim. There is no mass rebill of your unpaid claims. We review each claim individually. We give special attention to all of your claims

Is there a start up fee or any additional charges for reports?
There are no start up or set up charges for our standard service. There is no extra charge for reports. The only additional cost that you incur is for statements sent to your patients or if you enroll in our Elite Plus program. Our no up front cost policy means that you only pay us after you see results.

Is there a long term contract?
There is no long term contract to sign. We want you to be happy with our service. Customer Satisfaction is how our business has grown throughout the years. If you're not satisfied, we don't hold you to a long contract. Our contract can be terminated by either party with a 30 day written notice of cancellation.
